I have grown up in Horsham and continue to enjoy living here. My wife, Suzanne, and I have three daughters, all of whom have been, or are currently, pupils of St Mary’s School.
I am a time-served electrician, and professionally qualified Building Services Engineer, registered with the Engineering Council UK and other professional institutions. Much of my time is spent running a local engineering design and consultancy practice.
I have previously held roles in church leadership, including serving for a number of years as an elder of a local Christian church. I have been involved with charities in various capacities, including serving as a trustee.
My life experience has given me valuable exposure and opportunities to work with a wide range of people from a diverse range of social, educational, cultural and spiritual backgrounds. I hope to use the skills and experience I have gained to make a positive contribution to the continued successful running and governance of the school by supporting the teaching staff and other governors to make decisions that will encourage and support our children to develop to be the best that they can be.
